かげぼこ（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人が開発・提供する iPhone 用アプリです。本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いは次のとおりです。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の位置情報、登録した場所その他の個人情報を収集・取得・保管しません（利用者が自らメールで送った内容を除きます）。本アプリには開発者が運営するサーバーはなく、利用状況の計測（アナリティクス）や広告も行いません。

2. データの保存場所

登録した場所（名前・種類・向き・位置）と設定は、利用者の iPhone 内に保存されます。ウィジェットに表示するため、最後に取得したおおよその位置・地名・天気を、同じ iPhone の中で本アプリとウィジェットが共有します。

3. 位置情報と向き

位置情報は、いまいる場所の太陽の位置を計算するために、アプリを開いている間だけ使います。バックグラウンドで位置を取得することはありません。iPhone の向き（コンパス）と進む方向は、どちら側が日陰かを答えるためだけに使います。

4. 外部サービスとの通信

本アプリは次の通信を行います。いずれも開発者のサーバーを経由しません。

天気と紫外線: 天気・気温・紫外線（UV）の値を取得するため、小数点以下2桁（約1km単位）に丸めた位置を、Apple の天気サービス（WeatherKit）に送ります（Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます）。
地名の表示: 画面に地名を表示するため、Apple の地図サービスに位置を送ります。
アプリ内課金: 「登録無制限」の購入と購入の復元は Apple の App Store の仕組みで行います。支払い情報は Apple が扱い、開発者は受け取りません。

5. 要望・お問い合わせ

開発者あてにメールを送った場合、受け取った内容は、お問い合わせへの回答と不具合の修正にのみ使います。アプリの「要望・バグ報告を送る」では、機種名・iOS のバージョン・アプリのバージョンを本文に下書きします（送る前に消せます）。

6. 権限の利用

位置情報（使用中のみ・おおよその位置で可）: 上記3・4のとおり

許可しなくてもアプリは開けますが、いまいる場所の答えは表示できません。許可は iPhone の設定からいつでも変更できます。

7. 第三者への提供

開発者は利用者のデータを保有しないため、第三者に提供することはありません。

8. データの削除

登録した場所は、アプリの設定の「登録した場所をすべて消す」で消せます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータはすべて消えます。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで公開します。

Shadewise (Japanese name: かげぼこ, "the App") is an iPhone app developed and provided by an individual developer.

1. Information collected by the developer

The developer does not collect, receive or store your location, saved places or any other personal information through the App. The App has no developer-operated server, no analytics and no ads.

2. Where your data is stored

Saved places (name, type, facing direction and location) and settings are stored on your iPhone. To show the widget, the last approximate location, place name and weather are shared between the App and its widget on the same device.

3. Location and heading

Location is used only while the App is open, to calculate the sun's position where you are. It is never collected in the background. The compass heading and direction of travel are used only to tell you which side is shaded.

4. Network access

To get weather, temperature and UV index, the App sends your location rounded to two decimal places (about 1 km) to Apple's weather service (WeatherKit). To show a place name, it sends your location to Apple's map service. In-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store; the developer never receives payment information. None of these go through a developer server.
